The room was spacious, but that was about the only positive. There were no hangers or anywhere to put clothes or even wet towels, no room service, and basic toiletries were missing. The only sanitary item I saw was hand sanitizer at reception. The TV didn't work, and the front desk person seemed disinterested and unprofessional. I couldn't tell if he was a receptionist or a watchman. Breakfast starts only after 8:30 AM, and even the staff couldn't say exactly when, which was very inconvenient for early sightseeing. Treebo customer support was practically nonexistent, just a WhatsApp bot and no real human help. For these rates, there are much cleaner, better organized hotels nearby. My stay was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it, especially for families.

Bharadwaj and Chetan took excellent care of us, and both were polite and humble. We had a very good stay at Igloo Residency. The rooms were comfortable, decent, and well maintained. Highly recommended!

Our trip plans were completely spoiled. We had told them when checking in that we planned to leave early, and they said hot water would be available, but there was none. The TV wasn't working either. Nobody was available at the hotel to contact, and the phone number said it was switched off. Very poor service.

The rooms are roomy and clean, and the room service is excellent. The hotel is right in the city center, but the rooms are two floors down, which is very difficult for older people and anyone with joint pain. Parking is limited too.

The walls were damp and stained, and there isn't a restaurant. Even the complimentary breakfast was sourced from outside. This is a very poor hotel. Don't book it and waste your holiday. This is genuine feedback.
