We stayed here with family on 17 Jan 2026 and found it good value for money. The rooms and property matched what was shown on the website, and everything was neat, clean, and hygienic. We had a nice stay and the service was good.

Kadir at the desk was especially polite and helpful, and I’d happily stay here again and recommend it. The property is close to Madurai’s Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam, one of South India’s largest temple tanks. It’s attractive, clean, comfortable, and has the amenities you need.

In Anna Nagar, right in the city, with food and refreshments nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the service is really good. It’s easy on the pocket too. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Madurai.

Avea is right on the main road, so getting around is easy. The complimentary tea and coffee were good, and the staff were helpful, especially brother Mani. They suggested using the water filter instead of bottled water, which made sense. Had a great stay.

The place seems fairly new, with compact rooms and just the essentials. Reception service was great, and the price was a steal even during the holiday season. I’ll definitely come back.
