We had no hot water during our stay. Still, the location by the railway station was just right for our 4:30 AM arrival, and the staff were very accommodating. The receptionist even called to check when we'd get in. We also checked out an hour late after visiting the temple without any trouble. A handy place for a short transit stay.

Samuel arranged our booking and was helpful, especially when we needed to check in at 3am. He works the day shift. The night duty person was completely unprofessional, though. Just before we arrived, he gave our reserved room to someone else, and we spent over half an hour struggling to get it back. We booked a family room for 12 hours. The room and bathroom were spacious, neat, and in good condition compared with many hotels in the area. Hot water was available, but there's no lift. I'd give it 3.5 stars, really. It's a decent hotel, just don't expect too much.

The rooms are clean, but there were mosquitoes. Without an AC room, it was hard to get through the night, and there was no hot water.

The rooms are clean and nice, the rates are affordable, and it allows check-in at any time within a 24-hour period. A good place to stay when visiting Madurai.
