The main market location is the best part, with restaurants and eateries close by. Parking was an issue, but the staff sorted it out. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I had a very good experience here. Must go once.

The rooms are in fair condition and well maintained, and all the restaurants and eateries are nearby. The location is the best thing about the place, right in the heart of Mahabaleshwar market. Try going in the off-season for cheaper rates.

The food was nice, and the staff were very friendly. It's near mahabaleshwar market, so picking up things is easy, with all the shops close by. A very nice experience.

It was frustrating not to have basic things we asked for repeatedly. There were no water bottles or plates for dinner, and nobody set up the television despite several complaints. Most concerning, there was no hot water in the room; we had to ask the receptionist to get some. A very disappointing experience.

There were no towels, handwash, or soap in the bathroom, and the bedding was filthy. The bedsheet, pillow, and comforter were all dirty, and they wouldn't change them even when asked. No hygiene at all. I'd suggest not staying there, and I won't be going back.
