The rooms were clean, the property seemed new, and the staff paid attention to what we needed during our two-night stay. There are plenty of good places to eat nearby, though the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant yet. We got what we paid for, and I found it very good value. I drove there in nonstop rain, and the hotel is between Panchgani and Mahabaleshwar. The road in calls for some driving skill. The place looked just like the photos. Power cuts happened often, but they switched on the generator right away. Hot water was available in the bathroom in the morning.

The balcony view was amazing, and the rooms were neat and clean. The staff were nice, and it felt like good value for money. The menu is entirely vegetarian, but there are some great food options nearby too. We had a nice stay.

The view from the room is nice, and the hotel sits on the main road, with a few places to eat nearby. Still, this is a new property and it’s disappointing that OYO hasn’t managed to keep its usual standard here. The mattress felt like a rock, sounds from other rooms’ TVs carried through, and the approach road is still being built.

The entrance is a steep slope, and getting up it feels risky and dangerous. Service from the hotel was bad, and the staff didn’t seem trained. The rooms themselves are good, reasonably priced, well maintained, and have a nice view. The hotel is listed with both Fab and Oyo.

The rooms were good and clean, but breakfast was always late, after 9:30, and never had any salt. Toiletries also arrived very late.
