A terrible stay. The rooms were dirty and unclean, there was no room service, and the staff were very rude. They served the same tasteless breakfast, and when we tried to complain, we were threatened. At checkout they demanded extra money, claiming there was damage that wasn’t valid. When we refused, they threatened us with their local people. Booking this hotel was a disappointment.

The rooms were okay, and breakfast and tea had a homely taste. Shubham was humble and gave good service. What disturbed our stay was a dog crying in the strawberry farm in front. The people there kept it tied continuously for two days, and it cried day and night, so we couldn’t sleep properly. Could someone ask the farm owner to be kind to the dog and let it go, so visitors can sleep well at night?

The photos give a misleading impression. There wasn’t anything like the beautiful view shown, and the rooms were smaller than average. The TV didn’t work, Wi-Fi barely worked, and there were many dirty marks on the bed. A dog barked all night, and the one staff member was very rude. They forced us to check out an hour early, the owner and manager cursed a lot, and they also refused to give us breakfast. I think the five-star reviews were bought by the owners and are fake. This felt like a huge scam. Don’t stay here.

Chiter hotel, don’t book. The room was booked through booking. com, then the manager asked for my mobile for additional input and cancelled the booking without telling us. He took the GST along with the payment without paying the GST. There was no Wi-Fi and the TV didn’t work. The staff were 3rd class, and I think the owner posts all the good reviews himself.
