Flagship 23505 S Ramada Village

After midnight, check-in turned into a serious problem because I had booked through OYO and the hotel was having issues with them. The hotel is in a remote village with little nearby help, which made the situation feel even worse. The staff seemed unprofessional, with one person covering reception, room service, and other duties, and the service wasn't proper. OYO or the hotel leaked my data to a fraud party. Someone then threatened cancellation over the phone and took my money through a PhonePe fraud. Nobody was willing to listen or help resolve it.

The mountain view from the room was next level ❤🔥. The location is awesome, and the friendly, kind staff helped make the stay comfortable and safe. It was my best stay in mahabaleshwar so far, and budget friendly too. Couples are allowed.

The complimentary breakfast was just Poha, less than 50g, and the room didn't have the amenities Oyo had described. I booked for three people at 1650, but the hotel wanted another 500Rs for an extra bed. At check-in they refused to give us the room and seemed to want more money. I got one only after arguing with Oyo for 2.5 hrs. I wouldn't tell anyone to book here. After spending all that time sorting out the booking, we lost time we could have spent sightseeing. I'd rather stay in my car or a Dharm shala.
