The stay didn’t feel worth the ₹1177 we paid. In my view, this place is worth only ₹850-₹900 a day, and the blankets were average, like other OYOs. Hot water came only from 7:00-8:30 AM, and we had to remind them. The hotel is 700m from the bus station and main market. There was no chair in the room, no phone to call reception, and no drinking water provided. Wi-Fi was weak at 2-3Mbps and didn’t reach Room 202 when its door was closed. Airtel signal disappeared inside Room 202. The washroom tap leaked, the AC didn’t work and the response when we asked about it was lame. There was no power backup, and sockets were coming out in the washroom; one in the main room also didn’t work properly.

We weren’t given the basic things the OYO booking app had listed: no cleaning, towels, or breakfast. The service we experienced was so bad I can’t explain it, and OYO customer service didn’t help when we called. I can’t recommend this hotel.

We paid for breakfast through the OYO app, but they didn’t provide it. The hotel was far from the market, and Ganesh on staff was rude and behaved badly. He also wouldn’t give us the room we’d booked in the app. There were no towels, cleaning, or room service, and everything felt disgusting. The low price can fool people. Please don’t book this hotel.

The rooms were very nice, the services were quick, and the hotel view was excellent. The toilets were clean and well maintained, and the amenities included a TV, cable, and a hot water geyser. Everything was well maintained, and I recommend visiting for an awesome experience.

The staff were pleasant, which I appreciated, but the room and setting let me down. The bed had a strong smell, and the area was so crowded that getting around by car was really difficult.
