I felt cheated by the 2300-per-room price. The rooms smelled bad, and one of ours had a cockroach. There was no hotel parking or kitchen, and hot water was only available in the morning from 7 to 11. Service was poor too.

The room didn't match the photos, and the bedding didn't seem properly cleaned. There weren't even basic things like toiletries, a dustbin, or a doormat. The toilet flush was broken, and the bathroom latch didn't work either. Worst stay I've had.

The management has changed recently, and it has made a real difference. Mr Pradeep is managing the hotel and was especially kind and accommodating. A very nice hotel.

The location is the main thing here. The rooms are nice, the people are polite and good, and there's car parking available.

We had a really nice five-night stay at luxmi this time. The staff were good and the service was good too. Charges are affordable, so I'd recommend it if you're looking for a room with good service.
