Hotel Pratap Heritage

The food was the most memorable part, so yummy and delicious 💯. Our honeymoon package was smooth and well managed from beginning to end, with excellent service and coordination that made the trip stress-free and special. Pratap Heritage Hotel was comfortable, and the hospitality was really good. It was a satisfying, memorable experience. Highly recommended!

On the first day they gave us a different room from the deluxe AC room with the round bed that we'd booked. It wasn't well maintained: the pillows were dirty, and the sofa was ripped and covered with a dirty old bedsheet. We ordered chapati but got paranthe instead. Service was pathetic, and we had to call several times to get food. On day two they moved us to the right room, but the service was still pathetic. I don't know why there are so many positive reviews on Google. This definitely isn't worth a 3 star hotel.

The food was just okay, and the location wasn’t what I expected. More seriously, the bathroom didn’t work properly and I had concerns about safety. At checkout, they charged us an extra 5k even though I’d already told them the exact number of people and how many days we were staying. I also had a very bad experience dealing with them and my family was affected too. Please confirm all prices clearly before booking and again at checkout. Think carefully before choosing this hotel.

The room itself was okay, but cleanliness needs attention. We waited two hours before getting a room, and when we finally did, it wasn’t clean and the bathroom smelled bad. I asked for food service because my four-year-old was hungry, but nothing came. Even though I’d paid, I had to go out and find food.
