Cleanliness and comfort were well below what I expected. The bedsheets were dirty, the pillows felt unhygienic, and the room wasn't maintained properly. There was no hot water to bathe, which was a real inconvenience. A very disappointing stay, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel without major improvements to hygiene and guest services.

Worst hotel in Mahabaleshwar 🤮 The room was really dirty and the bedsheet hadn't been cleaned properly. The Wi-Fi didn't work, and the staff's behavior was laughable 😂.

The room wasn't clean and the bed wasn't good. There was no parking or facility for the driver. The agent made the booking, but when we asked about it, the people there said they didn't know who had brought it, hadn't promised anything, and that it wasn't part of the service.

The room was spotless, and housekeeping did an amazing job each day. I also found the bed so comfortable I didn't want to leave. The front desk was helpful with recommendations and assistance, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The review highlights creative dishes, distinctive flavors, and ingredients, as well as the hotel's closeness to attractions or transport. For the price, the service and luxurious rooms were exceptional, and the dining experience felt like great value.

The agent took the booking, but when we asked about it at the hotel, they said they didn't know who had made it, hadn't promised anything, and that it wasn't included in the service. The room was dirty, the bed was poor, and there was no driver facility or parking. Food quality was very poor too. A very bad experience, so please don't book Rama hotel.
