Hotel Royal Hills

The pool isn't maintained, and people come back to their rooms dripping wet, leaving the lobby and stairs slippery and risky. The stairs are steep and there's no elevator, so older guests may struggle. Breakfast was the same Misal Pav every day. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Getting to nearby places was easy, and the atmosphere at the hotel was pleasant. I found the service excellent and the rooms comfortable and well kept. The roads around the property were in poor condition for a few kilometers, though. Still, I had a very good, comfortable stay.

The room was unhygienic and in terrible shape. The taps didn't work, the bathroom flush was broken, and there was an unbearable bad smell throughout. Even the drinking glasses they gave us were visibly dirty and unwashed, which is shocking and raises serious health concerns. Paying ₹7,000 for this was a huge mistake. It felt like a complete rip-off, with no maintenance, standards, or respect for guests. I'll never stay here again and strongly warn others away.

We booked well in advance, arrived at 12:30 pm after the 12:00 pm check-in time, and were left waiting in the lobby until about 2:00 pm while they said the room was being prepared. There's no lift or power backup, the pool was dirty, and there was no shaded place to sit. Parking wasn't proper either, and cleanliness was zero. Staff were rude and inattentive. We regretted booking as soon as we arrived. Don't choose this place based on its internet photos.
