Hotel Sangam Executive was a complete disaster, and I’m never coming back. The service was third-class, the staff were rude and arrogant, and they had no basic manners or sense of how to speak to guests. The owner seemed clueless about hospitality. With so many rooms and only 3 PARKINGS SPACE, guests arrive and struggle to park. There was no warning or information beforehand. The place is badly managed and not worth a rupee, with no parking, courtesy, or accountability. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid it at all costs. Hotel chalane ata nhi toh band kardo !!

The hotel is in a good location, but the stay was awful. The blankets and pillows were dirty, the walls were covered in fungus, and the washroom smelled. The room furniture was torn, and who knows how many bugs might be there. Hygiene was zero. It was freezing in this hill station, but hot water was available only from 7am to 9am. They had a breakfast menu card but told us they couldn’t provide breakfast when we asked. Save your money.

The location is handy, close to the bus stop, st stand, and market. The room needs maintenance, though. The cupboard doors are in bad shape, and the washroom window is broken so anyone can see through it. There’s roofing outside the room window, so you can’t open it and get proper ventilation. The room was dusty everywhere, even though they changed the bed sheets when we asked, and the sheets still weren’t clean. Hot water and wifi with good speed were available. It’s okay if you only need a room for one night, but I couldn’t spend the day in there.

The bed was really comfortable, and the room was clean with nice wooden flooring. Breakfast was good, and the bathroom was spacious with a fine shower, though there’s no bathtub. There’s only one charging point, and don’t expect a view. Parking seemed to be an issue, but they said they’d sort it out somehow. A nice place to stay.
