A toad popped out of the commode several times. I complained, but was told that this wasn’t unusual in a forest area. The service was very good, the food was good, and the restaurant service was excellent. The staff were helpful, loving, and very compassionate.
A calm, serene place with a beautiful location. The food and facilities were good, and our rooms were clean. We had a good family vacation here, and it would also be a nice spot to visit with friends.
The location was ideal for getting away from city life, with nature trails and sightseeing spots nearby. I also liked the clean, inviting pool and the well-equipped fitness center. The lawns were lush and well maintained, and the property had a peaceful feel from the moment I arrived. I had a delightful stay at MPG Club Mahabaleshwar. Thanks to the whole team for making it so enjoyable.
We spent 3 nights here with family, and the picturesque setting was a pleasure. The weather in May’24 was surprisingly pleasant and cool, warm but breezy in the daytime, then cold and misty at night. The rooms were good, the staff courteous, and the in-house Tiger Trail restaurant team were professional with good service. A good stay overall, thank you.
Mr. Tariq at reception was especially friendly and helpful, and made our stay much more enjoyable. Thanks to him and all the hotel staff for their hard work and welcoming service. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Rooms were a little small, but comfortable, with soft beds and fresh linens. I was very happy with the stay overall.
