I spent eight nights here, and everyone who works there, including the security guard, helped make it a really good stay. The location is lovely, close to many points of interest in the city. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped. The food was freshly made and super tasty. They even prepared everything non-spicy for me. Excellent place, with even better staff and service. Highly recommend.
Even though we had paid in advance and confirmed both the rate and accommodation beforehand, the property refused to check us in. We ended up wandering around the area at night looking for somewhere to stay. Since it was a weekend and the hotels were full, we finally found a room around midnight and had to travel about 50 km to get there. The worst kind of place. Don’t book here.
The place is newly built, with a nice atmosphere and very friendly staff. Getting to the main market is the downside. For dinner or shopping, you have to hire a cab, and a one-way ride costs ₹150.
The rooms were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned properly, and the staff were incredibly rude. The manager was no help at all and seemed completely incompetent. I had a terrible stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid it.
This was my first time booking through OYO. I reserved rooms for nearly 1000 each, but at the hotel the manager said there was an issue with OYO and the real price was now 2500 per room. We left and checked again online. OYO and other sites, including MakeMyTrip, were still showing the same rates.
