Krishna Valley Villa

Traveling with our 1.5-year-old was easy because the staff prepared food exactly as we requested, which made things much less stressful for us as parents. They were courteous, helpful, and thoughtful throughout. The valley view from our room was breathtaking to wake up to, and the stay felt peaceful, relaxing, and family-friendly. We loved it and would gladly return.

The place has a wonderful atmosphere, and the property and rooms are very clean. Hot water is available, too. The location is top notch, and the staff are very good. The place speaks for itself.

The staff were helpful whenever we needed them, while also giving us room to enjoy our time on our own. The food was great, and there’s a small recreational area, a swimming pool, and bonfires and movie nights on request. Tourist spots aren’t far away, so getting around was convenient. We booked a lake view room, and seeing the quiet lake, green Krishna valley, and hearing the birds made the trip worthwhile. A lovely spot for a peaceful break from city life.

The valley view is beautiful, but that was the only good part of a frustrating stay at 5,500 INR a night. The bedsheets were dirty, and the toilet seat was broken and wouldn’t stay up. There was no room phone to reach reception, so asking for help meant walking to the desk. We were also told there was no hot water at night, only after sunrise because they rely on solar heating. When we tried to check out early, nobody was at reception and we waited 20 minutes. At that price, you’re basically paying for the view. The service, cleanliness, and basic facilities fell well short, and I can’t recommend staying until management addresses these problems.
