The staff were responsive and supportive, which helped make the stay smoother. I was happy with how clean and well-kept both the room and washroom were. The location was a letdown, though. I expected a nice view of Panchgani, but the property sits in a very congested area. Most photos show the room view, and none show the front of the property. I’ve attached one for reference. We were also there in cold December weather and expected heating, but the room only had AC, no heater, and the blankets weren’t warm enough. Given these issues, I don’t think this is a three-star hotel.

A low-cost place in a central Panchgani spot near Mapro, mainly good for somewhere to stay. The property itself isn’t impressive. Staff are good, though they have a bit of a “chalta hai” attitude. The owner should pay more attention to deep cleaning and maintenance.

We were a couple staying one night, 18-19 December. The rooms are spacious, but they weren’t clean. It’s a tiny place with just six cottages and no other facilities, so it really only works for an overnight stop. At ₹2300-2500 a night, it isn’t worth the price, and I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast.

We came with family and were satisfied with the stay. There’s a garden and a great atmosphere, so I’m not sure why the property has so many bad reviews.
