There was a bad smell from the municipal corporation Washroom right at the hotel entrance, and the room was very cramped with no window for ventilation. I booked through Agoda for two days, but the owner refused check-in, saying they hadn't received payment from Agoda. Somehow he arranged a room for just one night. Don't book this hotel.

For two days, we had a good stay at an affordable price. The hotel is in a prime spot near Chatrapati Shivaji chowk. Parking takes some luck and searching, although shopkeepers may let you park in front of their shops.

The rooms are well maintained, and the hotel is right in the central market. The owner and staff were polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ozerkar brothers and Staff Ravi for making our trip happy.

If Panchgani is your destination, look elsewhere. We were left stranded here, and there are better places nearby.

The staff were helpful, and the service was good. The TV and Wi-Fi both worked.
