Paradise Inn

The location is a highlight, close to the busy Mapro garden area, and the staff are friendly and cooperative. Umesh at reception was ready to help with any concerns. The second-floor rooms have balconies, are newly refurbished, and have clean, fresh bed linen. Bathrooms are good too. Breakfast choices are limited, but that was fine. We had a peaceful family stay at #Hotel Paradise Inn Resort in Panchgani with my wife and kids. It was a last-minute booking since I didn't know the area, but it worked out well. The owner was cooperative, and Mr. Vinayak, the caretaker, was genuine and kept his word. His tea was so good I missed it after we left and wished I'd had another cup. The property was partly under construction, but our room was ready and comfortable. Given the limited facilities at the time, the negotiated rate felt like good value. The room was spacious, with a big bed and a balcony looking over the valley. It rained while we were there, and the next morning it felt like we were living in the clouds. We couldn't use the swimming pool because of the heavy rain, so that's a reason to return. There's plenty of car parking too. I'd happily plan a longer visit next time we're in Mahabaleshwar.

The room was clean and roomy, and there was a pool. Service was just okay, though, and the Wi-Fi wasn't available.

The staff were friendly and quick with the service, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay in Panchgani, with beautiful views, and it was a perfect place to unwind.
