Royal Resort

Don't book this property just because of an Instagram reel. It doesn't show the inconvenience you may face when you arrive, including delays with service and food preparation. If you want to lose your peace of mind, you're welcome to stay here. The hot water setup is another issue. You have to keep the geyser on for more than 15 minutes, and then the tap runs at very low pressure. Food needs to be ordered at least two hours ahead. There's little or no help with serving or cleaning, and they don't have their own strawberry farm. The swimming pool is very small, so you'd be better off booking a place with a bigger pool, or without one. This was my experience.

The room was unclean, the washroom was dirty, the cupboard dusty, and the blanket didn't seem properly washed. There was a bad smell throughout the room, and no staff were around to help. For what they charge, the service is extremely poor. I'm very disappointed with my visit to Royal Mini Resort. It definitely wasn't worth the price.

The ambience is good, but the staff were very rude. They wouldn't even let us inside until we paid. The rooms weren't cleaned properly, and the water supply was poor. On my way home, I went to their strawberry farm. Afterward they told me everyone had eaten the strawberries, so we'd lost out. I felt very sad hearing that.

We had a wonderful family stay in a clean, comfortable place with a peaceful atmosphere. The owner was polite and very helpful, and the service and hospitality were impressive.
