Shubh Villa 3BHK

The villa was easy to reach from the main road, in a good, safe, clean area surrounded by nice neighboring bungalows, with space for two cars. The owner, who is from Pune, was good and didn’t harass us. On the last day he didn’t even bother us about the money. There are four bedrooms, but only three are provided for guests. Two are in the basement, though they open onto the garden so they don’t feel like basement rooms. There are two on the first floor, but only one is available to rent because the owner keeps the large one for himself. There’s no room on the ground level, so anyone with knee or joint problems should know they’ll need to use the stairs. There is one fully functional bathroom on the ground floor. Clean bedsheets, towels, a clean toilet and bathrooms, soap, and other basics were provided, though we brought our own and recommend others do too. The kitchen is good, but I’d cook for myself. I’m Gujarati, and we’re very particular about food quality and taste. You can usually find at least one Thali Restaurant wherever Gujaratis travel. I told the owner the caretaker’s food was poor, but I don’t think he cares about the income from the property, so I doubt he’ll do anything about it. Arrange your own meals. It’s a twin bungalow, and the neighbor from Thane doesn’t rent his place. He visits with his family once a month and is very friendly, often sending us food. Would I come again? Yes.

The view is picturesque, and the place is kept clean and tidy. There are 4 Bedrooms available, the staff were very good, and we felt comfortable staying here with family.
