Silver Oak Villa

The owner’s behavior made an already bad stay much worse. He was rude, dismissive, argumentative, and disrespectful instead of helping or even apologizing. There was no support or accountability, and no compensation was offered. He even told us to leave in a very mannerless way when we couldn’t manage the mess. We had no electricity for our entire stay, which made things uncomfortable and unsafe, especially at night. We complained repeatedly, but nothing was fixed. This was a complete waste of time and money. I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a peaceful, problem-free vacation.

We’ve been staying here on every visit for a decade now. The rooms are still in very good condition even after 10 years, and the place has a relaxed, nature friendly feel that’s great for time with family and friends. The owner takes special care of each family and is very supportive.

Santosh, the caretaker, was friendly, helpful, and always around to answer questions or make sure I had what I needed. The owner also made booking smooth and easy. The property was clean and felt comfortable and welcoming, like home, and I especially liked the area near the swimming pool. I had a wonderful four-day stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxed, comfortable place.

A definite no. The pool was dirty, the rooms smelled, there were leaks in the walls, and the washrooms were in terrible condition. We’d booked three days but left after one, even though we’d paid for the full stay. Don’t visit, you’ll waste your time and money.
