The room had cockroaches, the TV didn’t work and wasn’t recharged, and basic dental kits weren’t provided. We also had trouble getting an extra blanket. Staff said they had a fixed number and had kept the others for bookings of four people. The restaurant service was slow and rude, and the dal was watery, tasteless, and nearly inedible. Before we arrived, the OYO team had promised a lawn for my child, but at the hotel the receptionist said, “We don’t have any lawn.” So either OYO lied, the hotel did, or both. I didn’t want to stay after that, but since they’d taken payment in advance, I asked to shorten the booking by one night. They refused to change it from two nights to one, regardless of how much I explained, so I paid for both nights despite not wanting to stay. When I contacted customer care, staff told me, “Give the hospital bill for which you are asking for one night refund.” Apparently, a refund required hospital proof, and even then they said it would go only to the OYO wallet, not as real money. It gave me scam vibes. Booking this OYO room was a huge mistake, and this was the worst hotel experience of my life, both financially and mentally. The place felt badly managed, unhygienic, full of false promises, and the staff came across as arrogant. If you care about your money, comfort, or sanity, stay far away. This wasn’t hospitality, it felt like punishment.

The whole experience felt unhygienic and disgusting. There were cockroaches in the room and even in the food they served. The couches were stained, the lounge sofa was untidy, and the pillows had fungal and dirt stains. The bathroom smelled bad and wasn’t properly cleaned. There were stains on the bedsheets and on a towel we hadn’t used, including lipstick and foundation marks. The rooms were really gross, and the food service was trash.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times with family and friends, and my experience has been very good. Mr. Abhishek and the staff were very helpful and gave me great service. Must visit.

The rooms are neat and clean, and the staff are super helpful and very polite. Just superb, I’d gladly recommend it to others.
