We felt well looked after the whole time at X Western Hills Panchgani. Mr. Aadesh, the owner, was polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile, and available almost 24/7 when we needed anything. His warm hospitality made the stay smooth and memorable. The cozy rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. His homemade food was delicious, and our children liked that it wasn't too spicy. The clean, well-kept swimming pool was a lovely place to unwind. The attention to detail made us feel at home, and we'd definitely love to return.

Aadesh was such a pleasant and helpful host, always there when we called for food, drinks, or anything else. The views are scenic and the food is delicious. This place is an awesome combination, and I definitely recommend it. Kudos, Aadesh.
