There was no proper parking. They told guests to leave cars on the ground floor between structural pillars, calling that parking, which felt unsafe and risky. The room was full of mosquitoes, and although staff said they’d bring a Good Knight repellent when I asked, it never arrived. There was no intercom either, so contacting staff was difficult. I paid for a Deluxe Room, but what I got didn’t match the advertised description or standard. The property was very unhygienic and poorly maintained, making this one of the worst stays of my life. I’m extremely disappointed that MakeMyTrip lists places with high ratings that don’t reflect what guests actually experience. Promoting hotels like this can mislead customers and undermine trust in the platform. I strongly urge MakeMyTrip to review the property and stop entertaining or promoting such hotels.
