The manager was really rude and seemed to have no interest in treating customers well. The room was awful, and those five-star reviews are just false. There are plenty of other good hotels, so never go here.
2/10
I was held there while they tried to renegotiate the price with Oyo, even though I’d already paid through Oyo. The desk staff refused to give me a room, saying they couldn’t afford the rate. Pricing wasn’t my decision to make, and the whole thing felt crooked and hurtful. The place itself is excellent, but I’ll never go back.
10/10
Nice rooms, and the hotel staff are good.
10/10
The rooms are spacious and clean. They do keep asking for tips, though.
8/10
Good value for the money. Check-in was easy, and the staff behaved well.
