The staff are friendly and the service is just okay. Rooms are clean, though they could be better. The food was the real letdown, bland, greasy, and bad.

This place is outside town, right beside the highway, so getting here without a vehicle would be difficult. The property is nice and the rooms are spacious, but they're old and need refurbishment. There are three floors and no lift, so we had to climb all the way to our room on the third. Our balcony wasn't clean and smelled like pigeon waste. Room service was available and the food quality and service were good. Breakfast was offered, but with very few options.

We came with friends on Saturday for an IELTS exam. The place has good infrastructure, with a garden restaurant, banquet hall, guest house, and cafeteria. Staff were helpful and the service was good, but the food quality was only average and didn't meet expectations. A good stop if you're passing along the Mehsana Highway.

I booked through Makemytrip and paid around 3200 per room per day, but felt cheated. When I asked about breakfast, they said only two options were served, one drink and one food item. There was no restaurant, so food had to be ordered to the room, which meant our group couldn't eat together. The property sits right on the highway and must have been good when it was built, but now it's shabby and under construction. The lobby has no lift, so guests have to climb two floors, and it isn't air-conditioned. With temperatures near 40 degrees, you can imagine how miserable that gets. It might be a good property if it were managed professionally; the group of boys running it couldn't make decisions. Until that changes, book at your own risk. My attached bill is proof I stayed in room 311, despite anyone claiming there's no record. We checked in around 5 on 21st July 2019 and checked out at 7 PM on 22nd July 2019. We'd already left the room at 9:30 that morning, but they still charged us for the full day to keep our luggage. The receptionist refused to give us a room bill and wouldn't let us photograph the entry register.
