The restaurant team made our meals especially enjoyable. Catharin, Sameema, and Antony greeted us warmly each time, served everything with a smile, and made us feel looked after. The food was tasty, nicely presented, and had a good range of choices. Adidhyan and Mani kept our suite spotless and well arranged each day, and were attentive and courteous. We stayed in a spacious, thoughtfully equipped suite with tasteful furnishings. The modern design, well-kept facilities, and relaxing atmosphere made it comfortable from check-in onward. Fairfield Marriott exceeded what we expected, and the comfortable room and caring service made the stay memorable. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and hospitality.

The food was super tasty. Palani, Muthu, Rajan, and Sathish asked what dishes we liked and prepared them for us. There was also plenty of room to spend our free time, and the staff were friendly throughout. They put on a party for long-stay guests, with great decorations. They understood what customers wanted and handled requests on time. We received excellent service.

The breakfast had lots of delicious choices, including familiar and more unusual dishes. The rooms were neat, clean, and well cared for, and the large TV, about 55 inches, looked impressive for the room size. The iron, hair dryer, and other amenities all worked properly. The property’s overall appearance and feel seemed in line with a 4-5 star standard. The entrance was the letdown. To get in, you walk through a restaurant and a narrow area that smells strongly of fish, especially around lunch and dinner. As a vegetarian, I found that unpleasant, and it took away from the premium feel. There are no ceiling fans, and the centralized AC took a while to cool the room after a walk or workout. For the price, the rooms also felt a little small. Still, it was a decent, comfortable stay.

My room stayed spotless, and the laundry always came back neatly pressed. The restaurant staff were welcoming and even remembered what I usually ordered. Their garlic olive oil pasta is seriously good. The front desk team was friendly and quick to sort out any problems during my business trip. Thanks to everyone for the great service.
