The food was delicious, and the hotel had a peaceful, welcoming ambiance. The staff were friendly, professional, and willing to help. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. I had a truly enjoyable stay at Udman Hotels & Resorts and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

The reception sends people after you asking for a five-star review and a screenshot, which I refused. The place looked nothing like the pictures, and the hotel was run down and in need of renovations. They changed my room twice during the stay. I paid for six-bed rooms but ended up in a room big enough for two beds and a roll-in. It wasn’t worth the money.
