ALOKIK RESORT-pure veg

We spent over 4 days at Alokik and had a good experience. Mr Patel was especially helpful, from our one-to-one phone call while booking online through the rest of the stay. The resort was new, so everything seemed to be working well, and the ambience was good. Its location is just right, along the same road as many good properties. Our room had lovely, stunning views. Breakfast buffet and dinner were enough for us, neither too much nor too little. The food quality was OK, though it could use a little improvement. My family was very touched by the hospitality. I’d recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Manali.

Ashok was especially helpful, guiding us and taking his work seriously. The restaurant, staff, and management were excellent, with vegetarian, vegan, and Jain food available. The resort has an indoor game area, a mini garden, and a bonfire. It was estimated to be 1-2 years old and was well furnished. Though it's a 4 Star Resort, it has 5 Star Facilities and Services. The rooms are temperature controlled, hygienic, and sanitised. For the view, I'd suggest a valley-facing room on the top floor, ideally in either corner, since those have panoramic balconies and the other rooms don't. It gets very cold during Winter/Christmas Eve. The view is fantastic, and late December-early January is the best time to visit 😀👌👍👏.

The location was peaceful, and the views from the rooms were great. The owner and manager helped us a lot, including arranging Jain food whenever we needed it for the 2 people in our group who were Jain. They even made a particular dish for us at the last moment. Great food, great staff, and good rooms. Definitely value for money, and one of the best resorts to stay at in Manali.

We stayed in the Panaromic Chalet, with a lovely balcony and an amazing view. The place is vegetarian only, but the food was great. It's in a calm area away from Manali's hustle and bustle, which we really liked. Everything about the hotel worked for us, from the clean rooms and interiors to the great looking washrooms. The property is new, so this feels like a good time to visit. Staff were so nice and cooperative, from reception to housekeeping. Mr. Patel (GM) was very pleasant on the phone, and Vineet, Sachin and Rekha took especially good care of things and made sure our stay was pleasant. Loved it, and we'll DEFINITELY visit again.
