I paid, and then they stopped answering my calls. In the room, the taps had no water, the geyser didn’t work, and there were bugs in the beds. The staff were rude and careless. This was my personal experience, and I’d say don’t waste your money here. Also, avoid pandey tours and travels in chandigarh if they recommend this hotel.

Rohit, shubam, and sapna maam were the best, they guided us so well. The staff were very polite, and we had a great room, lovely view, and excellent service.

The balcony view was breathtaking, and the peaceful atmosphere made me feel at home. Our room was spotless, and the service stood out, with every staff member being polite and professional. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I’ll definitely come back.

The rooms were dirty and in terrible condition, with dust everywhere and old furniture that needs replacing. The heater light came on, but it didn’t actually work, so check it before using it. The food was very ordinary, and the manager was arrogant. I wouldn’t go even if it cost ₹500 a day. Why do they call this a 3 star?

We booked 3 rooms and none of them felt like proper rooms. Their condition was miserable, almost like a horror movie set, and the whole building needs serious repairs. The hotel looked nothing like the photos. It’s on a busy main road, so there’s no real parking, just a little space outside for perhaps 3 vehicles. A sign says the hotel takes no responsibility for vehicles left in the porch. Service was basically self-service. For things like a towel or handwash soap, we had to go to reception ourselves. We paid extra for a mattress and did get one, but it was thin foam like you’d find at a function tent, and broken in the middle. The food from their stinky kitchen had no taste, and 8 of our 9 people got sick from it. It’s been 3 days since we checked out, and we’re still dealing with diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach pain, and more. The manager, Ms. Devyani, the elderly woman with orange hair, was very disrespectful. She was sweet until we’d paid the full amount, but after we complained about the rooms and service the night before checkout, her attitude changed. About 2 hours after payment, around 10:45 PM, we went to reception for drinking water. She refused to give us mineral water and complained that we came back late asking for things, though their duty was 24 hours. The helper beside her said he’d send water up, but she told us to take it ourselves because their staff member was asleep. She went to the kitchen with an empty Bisleri bottle and returned with the bottle and a steel jug filled with tap water. That was my experience, and it’s up to readers whether they want to stay here. Please research before booking, and don’t trust the misleading photos posted on Google. Thank you.
