Check-in went smoothly, the room was neat, Wi-Fi worked well, and the food tasted good. The rooms were also clean and comfortable, and the polite staff were always ready to help. The location made it easy to get around the city. It felt worth the money, and I'd gladly stay again. I was really impressed and would recommend it to families and couples.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the hotel has several facilities, including a GYM, Spa, Bar, Snooker area, and rooftop swimming pool. The staff were amazing, and the food was super delicious. One of the best hotels in Manali.

The staff made the stay feel special, especially the kind welcome at the front desk. Service was careful throughout, and the food was full of flavor, nicely presented, and satisfying. I also loved how the peaceful setting and Manali’s natural scenery came together with the resort’s comfortable, private seating. Coral Resort and Spa, Manali was an unforgettable visit, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a high-end resort stay.

They advertise a five-star resort, but couldn’t even provide a towel. There’s a chart behind the room door listing prices for accessories, including ₹500 for a towel. In some rooms, table parts and door-lock covers are loose. If something falls off, they charge a lot, and I worry they’ll bill you for pre-existing problems if you don’t take photos and videos first. The service was very bad.
