The staff didn’t speak to us politely, and it felt as though they wanted us gone as soon as possible. There was a geyser problem, but nobody responded when we called. Even with electric blankets, we weren’t given a heater in -6° weather. It felt like a waste of money, and I’ll never recommend this hotel.

The location was just right, and the spotless, comfortable room was thoughtfully designed with everything I needed to relax. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend the property.

The food wasn’t good, and the view didn’t live up to the hype. The stay is far from the main center, and the approach roads are really bad, making travel inconvenient. They also charge extra for nearly everything, even basic things like extra blankets, a heater, and a bonfire. For all that, it’s extremely overpriced. There are much better stays in Manali with better views, easier access, and better value. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The location worked really well, close to the main attractions but quiet enough to unwind. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, and made us feel right at home. I had a fantastic stay, highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and would definitely come back.

The room was cold, and they didn’t have a blower for guests. The food was cold too and not worth the price. Service was slow and poor, and the staff were rude. A very bad experience.
