Hadimba Way Manali - Best Family Hotel

Manali is a good place, so stay away from this hotel and those shilajeet sellers. The manager was extremely rude, and I was the only guest there, with no other rooms booked. At first I wondered why it was empty. They seem to have no idea about hospitality, and maybe that's why nobody comes. Anyone who does may leave the next day because of the rude behaviour. It was a nightmare for service and behaviour. They didn't have a sheet when I asked, and the washroom had no soap or other basics. The phone didn't connect, they refused Wi-Fi, and there were no fans in the rooms. This could be the worst hotel stay ever. Beware. If you want to pick a fight with the manager, stay here, best of luck. Everything else is 10/10.

I booked rooms at Hadimba way for two days on 7 February 23. If I could, I'd rate the hotel minus 10 (-10). If you want a good holiday with family or friends, don't book it or you'll ruin your time in Manali. The rooms were shabby and unclean, the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned, and there was an odor through the rooms. The property wasn't maintained properly, and the quality of the stay was very poor. Staff were rude and argued back whenever we complained. When I asked for a refund for one day, manager Mr. Ajay refused and didn't even respond to my calls. I suspect the other reviews posted here may be paid or written by their own staff.

The best part was how quickly they responded whenever we called. The rooms were roomy, clean, and had balconies, and the price was very affordable. There was a hot shower and a heat blower too.

We booked deluxe rooms with balconies attached, and found them clean and outstanding. The view from the balcony was extraordinary. The restaurant serves vegetarian food only, and what we tried was pretty good. I don't understand why some people are leaving misleading reviews.
