Hotel Ambika Bliss

The window faced a wall about a foot away, so we couldn't open it fully. There was no fresh air, and the washroom felt stuffy, with no exhaust fan or other way for air to circulate. The washroom was unclean and lacked proper ventilation, while dust on the furniture and stains on the walls showed the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly. Outside, there was a horrible smell as soon as we stepped out, and the unpleasant odor continued along the road to the entrance. The hotel was only 100 meters from a dumpyard. It was also inconvenient and hard to access, and the area's poor infrastructure made it feel like the hotel was in the middle of nowhere. I had high hopes, but this was far from pleasant. Cleanliness, ventilation, and access were all major problems. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

The view was excellent and a real highlight, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and ready to help, with prompt service. The Wi-Fi, though, was quite poor and needs improvement.

I’d spend a little extra for somewhere dependable. This was the worst place I’ve stayed in Manali, and I’m not sure it even counts as a proper hotel. Don’t trust the glowing reviews, they gave me a completely misleading impression. I wouldn’t give it one star if I had the choice. It’s not worth taking the chance.

The rooms were cramped and suffocating, despite being called suites, and their condition was poor. The location is awful and hard to get to. Nobody is around from 10 at night until 7 in the morning. A very pathetic hotel.
