The hot water situation says a lot: you have to run through 2-3 buckets before you can take a hot bath. The place is noisy, and the views aren’t pleasant either. Rooms feel cramped and don’t have good views, while facilities are lacking and the rates are too high. Staff didn’t seem professional or focused on good hospitality. If you want a pleasant stay, spend more on places like Hotel Sunpark or Broadway Inn. You can thank me later. ✌🏻

I’ve had few hotel stays as frustrating as this one. Room service was nearly nonexistent, and the reception staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. I asked several times for basic things, but they were either hours late or never dealt with at all. The staff showed no courtesy, professionalism, or concern for guests. Management needs to improve how staff behave, the service, and the way guests are handled. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Getting here by vehicle is really difficult. The lift wasn’t working, room service was pathetic, and there’s no restaurant. Never book this property.

We were put on the 3rd floor, but the lift was out of order and there was no hot water early in the morning. The approach road is very narrow and access is poor. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The rooms were comfortable, and the service was great. They were dealing with overbooking at their other hotel, so most of the staff were there, but the one guy looking after us still made sure we had everything we needed. He was warm and polite. Also, go meet cookie dog, such a cute puppy.
