The room cleanliness wasn't up to the mark, and breakfast had very few options that should have been better. The food itself tasted good, though, and the experience was good overall.

The location is handy for sightseeing around Manali, but service was poor and the staff were unresponsive. The food quality also disappointed me and didn't meet expectations, which left the overall stay feeling average. Better hospitality and food would have made it much better.

The driver included in our tour package was uncooperative and made the trip feel dismal. He wasted time, took long breaks, and spent the journey on personal calls. He also wasn't keen to take us to the key locations listed in the package, then asked for extra money after the full payment had been made. The staff were supportive, but the food quality wasn't good. Breakfast and dinner weren't tasty, and the tea wasn't good either. One morning, though, the Paratha was yummy.
