Even at 1000, this place feels overpriced. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy, the staff were rude and useless, and there was a water problem. It’s also a long way from Mall Road. I wouldn’t recommend it even to an enemy. The 4- and 5-star ratings seem fake; one star is more than enough.
The rooms were in poor condition and unhygienic. Staff also behaved badly toward girls and threatened you over everything. One of the worst hotels in Manali.

I like staying away from the city centre, so the distance from Manali Mall didn’t bother me. The view of the Shivaliks from the shared terrace is breathtaking. Rooms are roomy, though they could use more upkeep. With its kitchen and many rooms, the hotel seems well suited to large tour groups. I stayed there on an office group trip in 2014 and enjoyed it. It’s an okay sort of place.
Our group of 13 stayed for three nights and had a good experience. The staff were helpful, the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and they served food according to what we asked for.
