Hotel Holiday Heaven

The food and room service were very good, and the food quality, taste, and hygiene made the higher prices feel worthwhile. The rooms were luxurious, clean, and neat. Staff were polite, friendly, and ready to help with anything. A very nice place to stay.

The biggest problem for us was the manager's behavior at checkout. We had arrived late during heavy rain and snowfall in January 2026, and staff came to collect our luggage from Mall Road, about 800 m to 1 km away. On checkout, with heavy snow on the road and two or three bags, we asked for help getting the luggage back there. Even though some staff were sitting outside, the manager said there was nobody to help and told us to go ourselves. The contrast between being welcomed and then treated this way was upsetting. I wouldn't recommend the hotel again because of the manager. At least show some courtesy. We stayed three days. The location was decent, but the path was very slippery during snowfall. Our room was good and staff were good, though the manager was very rude. The room heater wasn't provided because of a power backup issue, which the hotel needs to fix. The lift didn't work, and there was no hot tap water the next morning. We got bucket water only after asking several times. Food was good the first night, breakfast on day two was OK, and dinner was fine. The third day's breakfast seemed repeated and I didn't like the taste. Ratings: Room 4/5, food 3/5, staff 4/5, manager 1/5, location 3/5.

There was plenty of parking, which made things convenient, and the room had a lovely view. It was clean, with excellent interiors that gave the place a very nice look. I was especially impressed by the food, everything was delicious and worth it. A really pleasant, amazing stay.

First time in Manali. I picked this hotel for the good food, and you should try the fruit custard at dinner. It's near Mall Road, though the roads are very narrow. Getting our Traveller into the parking was hard. The rooms were clean and had clean windows. The bathroom hinge in room 2004 was broken and hard to close.
