I found the stay uncomfortable and couldn’t trust the advice we were getting. The owner, Vinod Kumar, seemed focused on earning commission from activities and bookings rather than offering genuine hospitality. Paragliding, river rafting, cab bookings, and other local events all felt overpriced, and guests were repeatedly pushed to book through him instead of getting honest guidance or better outside options. Transparency and guest satisfaction were missing. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want fair prices and an honest travel experience in Manali. There are better hotels with more professional service and genuine care.

I found hairs in the food twice, and once there was a small cockroach 🪳. The food didn’t seem healthy. The owner behaved very badly, and I wouldn’t trust hotel owner vinod Rana. He charges double commission for picnic spots and keeps double commission when arranging a car taxi too. This was the worst experience I’ve had. Please don’t stay here. Thank you...

It’s cheap, sure, but I can’t really call it good. We found dust in the rooms, dirty sheets, and damp blankets, so we had to ask the cleaners to come back and replace everything. Please make sure you ask for clean sheets and blankets. Most rooms don’t have a FAN, so there’s no air circulation, and in the off season they don’t seem to bother cleaning the rooms.
