The food was below average, and the staff seemed more interested in selling tours than giving proper service. They kept pushing a ₹7000 package that I didn’t think was worth the price. It felt like making money mattered more to them than helping guests. I wouldn’t recommend buying a tourism package here.

The staff were polite and attentive, and their service made our stay comfortable. The food at Hotel Mahajan was really tasty too. I had an amazing experience and would definitely return.

The rooms were very dirty, and there was no service. The complimentary food was average. They advertised a package that turned out to offer very little, and I felt we were wasting our money. There were only a limited number of places in it. When we wanted to visit famous places, we were asked to pay separately. Anjani Mahadev in Solang Valley was included in our package, but the driver said we couldn’t go there under it and would have to pay separately for a cab. The drivers seemed greedy for commission and kept trying to get us to do adventure activities. We didn’t feel safe doing those activities, and that was our choice. When we said no, they made faces and taunted us, asking why we were there if we weren’t willing to pay charges. They kept asking for money and behaved very badly. I want others to know about this, and I’d tell people never to take a tourism package in Manali.

The snow view was amazing, and the food was superb. Meeting Govind Singh Bist was a real pleasure. He has such a friendly, good nature, and I’m very thankful for his warm hospitality. We’re so happy with our stay 😊.
