The rooms made it easy to unwind after sightseeing. Mine was especially roomy and airy, with large windows that brought in natural light and looked out onto the hills. The tasteful interiors were well kept, too. Getting around was convenient from Piccadily Hotel, with Mall Road, temples, and other main Manali attractions accessible nearby. It also felt peaceful and relaxing. The team were polite, supportive, and quick to help, from check-in through room service. Their friendly approach made me feel welcome. I had a comfortable, memorable stay and would recommend Piccadily Hotel for a convenient mountain getaway.

The pool area was noisy late into the evening because guests played loud speakers, and staff didn't seem to manage the disturbance. Food was average, and I had to wash the serving plates and spoons before using them. The washrooms weren't properly cleaned, and hygiene overall was poor. Some rooms have card locks, but others still use old key locks with inside tower bolts (chatkani) that seemed easy to open with a strong push. That felt like a serious security concern. The infrastructure was dated, with some things working and others not, and the price didn't feel justified. The stay was unsatisfactory and felt like a waste of money, comfort, and vacation time. I wouldn't recommend it unless maintenance, cleanliness, and guest management improve.

The location near Mall Road is convenient, and the rooms are luxurious and spacious. It's one of Manali's better 4-star hotels. But when we went out to explore Manali, an employee entered our room without permission, looked around, and took our charge, 10 thousand rupees. Very cheap behavior. Our experience with the service employees wasn't good.

Overpriced, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Such a waste of money. The rooms, services, and washroom all get zero from me. Worst experience ever, I expected much more from the stay.

A comfortable, very good stay. Mall Road is only a minute's walk away, the food is delicious, and the staff are very polite.
