The view is the only decent thing here. There are no basic things like a kettle or room heater, and room service is very poor. Even breakfast took 45min to 1hr, and it still wasn't certain they'd provide the food properly. A bad experience.
The buffet was tasty, and the staff were really nice. A good hotel for the budget.
The morning view is Amazing now words. The staff are cooperative, and the place is good for the rate. Fooding is a tough question, but the buffet service they provide is okay. Carry red hit, since normal spray doesn't work on the mosquitos, which is quite normal in hilly areas.
Set inside simsa village, the place is peaceful, with no main road nearby, vehicle sounds, or pollution, and you get somewhat of a riverview. The staff and room service are very helpful. Paid food from the restaurant is very good, but buffet food isn't up to mark, so better to pay and eat.
I stayed here with my family and liked the hotel. The view and food were very good, and the staff were lovely. I don't know the staff member's name, but he was really nice, like a brother. Thank you, hotel staff, for the great service ♥️
