We booked hotel Snow Bird Manali through GOIBIBO, and the complimentary services listed in the booking turned out to be false. When we arrived, the hotel said they didn’t provide those services and didn’t know who had included them in the package. It feels like a scam. For a safer trip, I wouldn’t recommend either this property or GOIBIBO service to travelers.

We had a great experience with snow bird. The view from the balcony was lovely, the food was delicious, and the staff were cooperative. Good service too. It’s a nice place to stay in Manali.

The food was good, but there were lots of rats and the service was very poor and slow. The bathroom faucet didn’t work either. It was a really bad experience for me, and I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

Hotel Associate Ajay said we had to move to another hotel even though we’d paid in full. That left us feeling very harassed. The service was terrible.
