The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food was especially amazing, fresh, and delicious with plenty of variety. Staff were polite, professional, and always ready to help. Vipul Kumar was particularly friendly, polite, and supportive during our stay.

I was happy with the team and the hotel overall. The room was comfortable and well maintained, the food was good, and the staff were friendly, polite, and well mannered. My one concern was the room heater, which wasn’t included and came at an extra charge. We experienced heavy snowfall, the first in many years in Manali, so I feel it would have been better to provide the heater at no extra cost. I still appreciated the hospitality.

The balcony view of the mountains was a real highlight, and the hotel had a lovely atmosphere. Room service was quick and efficient, the food stayed delicious throughout our visit, and the night bonfire and terrace music made the evenings especially enjoyable. It was a wonderful stay, and I’d recommend it.

The staff made our family feel at home, and we had a very pleasant experience with everyone there. We stayed three nights at this 3-star hotel. Our room was clean, hygienic, and well looked after. For this price, it’s a really good hotel. The rooms are clean and roomy enough for couples or small families, the food is tasty and affordable, and the staff are polite and helpful. Definitely recommend it.
