The design is the only nice thing here. The bed was hard as a rock, which was absolutely shocking after sleeping in many hostels in India. The towels and pillows were dirty too. I came because of the reviews, but they just ask people to leave good ones. Terrible value for money.

Manager Yash deserves a special thanks for being so helpful and dedicated. He really went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. At Luvya Retreats, I also found spacious, spotless, well-equipped rooms, excellent facilities, and outstanding service. Its Old Manali location is convenient for major attractions and has a good ambiance. I highly recommend the property for its superb hospitality.

The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the local area. We had a peaceful stay, with breathtaking mountain views from our balcony. Luvya Retreats Hotel is a real gem in the heart of Old Manali. The ambiance was serene, the rooms spotless and cozy, and the staff incredibly friendly and accommodating. It exceeded all our expectations. Highly recommend it for a peaceful, memorable mountain vacation.
