The balcony view from Room 403 was worth every rupee, looking toward sethan white mountaina. The hotel is a bit uphill, but that view made up for it. We were unlucky that there was no snow in Manali, though we could travel to Snow places. Check the real-time weather with the hotel before your trip. Special mention to incharge Sanjay Sharma Ji and his team. They were very polite, witty, and helpful throughout, and did a great job. The rooms and amenities matched what was shown online. There was no bonfire. Breakfast was excellent, with Semiya Upma, Wada, Stuffed Parathas, fruit, sandwiches, and egg items, but it wasn’t free. We loved our memorable stay, especially in Room 403. Don’t forget to ask for 402 / 403.

The staff were courteous, polite, and quick to respond to our needs. Housekeeping was excellent the whole time, and the room was very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The bed and linens were extremely comfortable too. I stayed at Mastiff Xanadu for three days in Manali, and it was a pleasant, peaceful, and relaxing visit. Highly recommended.

The stay was good, with easy access from mall road, and the view of snow-capped mountains was lovely. Breakfast was good, and they even packed it for us when we had to leave early. Service was decent too. Heaters cost extra, and checkout at 10am felt a little early.
