We had no issues during our stay, and I really liked the mb igloo resort. The view through the windows was awesome, and the fresh food and drinks were tasty and served well. The rooms, service, and facilities were all very good, which made the trip memorable.

The room was super clean and comfortable, and I loved the facilities, especially the bonfire. Hot water and the heater were great too. The food was very good, and the manager, Piyush, was a gentle, helpful, and kind person. The staff were excellent and always ready to help. I’d stay here again if I return to Manali.

I stayed three nights with several families, and the staff were very rude. The hotel had overbooked, then practically forced two families to move to another of their hotels 1 km away. They should have asked us to cooperate instead of pushing it on us.

The location worked well for us, especially if you want a cozy place away from city traffic. It’s easy to head toward atal tunnel and visit the destinations there, and Mall Road is also convenient to reach at night. Our room was spacious, and both the service and food were good.

I had a great time here with my family. The views from the rooms were awesome, and the facilities were amazing. The staff were helpful and cooperative, and the Dal Makhani was especially tasty.
