Mr. Deepak, the owner, personally looks after guests, which made the stay comfortable and special. The hotel also has a beautiful view, and the food was delicious and well prepared. The staff were extremely polite and humble. I'd highly recommend Mountain Majesty Hotel to anyone visiting Manali.

We booked three clean premium deluxe rooms for six people at very reasonable rates in Manali, and stayed for the last two nights. The buffet and breakfast were awesome, and we loved the food and the comfortable hospitality. Deepak and his boys were lovely and so helpful, cooperating with us throughout. It was totally worth it.

The parking area was large and well managed, and the location felt beautiful and relaxing, almost like a resort. It was one of the best hotels I've stayed at in Manali, and I'd recommend it to everyone.

I loved the village next door, with joyful, innocent kids playing cricket outside and eager for me to join them. The location brought back nostalgic feelings and was fantastic. The hotel staff, especially the Manager, weren't helpful with customer needs, though. I had to follow up several times to get the room fixed before I could occupy it.

The room was good, but the reception guy was rude and didn't respond. There's no power backup. Worst hotel.
