A rat appeared in our room at night, so I had to move to another one. The bathroom was extremely unhygienic, the room was dirty, and the bedsheet had holes and stains. There was no power during the snowfall, so the rooms were freezing. This was the worst stay of my life, and I wouldn’t recommend the hotel at all.

The room itself was good, but the service was awful. We spent five days there and had electricity and mobile data on just one of them, with no Wi-Fi or anything else. They only gave us drinking water on the first day. The food was terrible, yet they charged as if it were made of gold. I wouldn’t recommend staying there because both the food and customer service were so bad.

There was no one to help us at reception, and the service in our room was very bad. We had no power for a full day and night, and there was no internet either. In the middle of the night, we found a rat under the bed. Don’t order food from them, the kitchen was unhygienic.

This place isn’t suitable for families with children or older people. There was no electricity or Wi-Fi, and in the middle of the night we found a rat under the bed. They charged us 500 rupees for a day’s heater rental, but there was no power to turn it on. The food was awful, with chicken that seemed raw and boiled without salt, and what I felt was chicken waste in the curry. The service was very bad.

The views were nice, and for the money the service and food were acceptable. Worth considering for the price, and I’d recommend it to everyone.
